Hello! I'm Laura Luczkiw. I have my Masters Degree in nutrition, and I specialize in health coaching, wellness for moms, and postpartum nutrition. As a Registered Dietitian I have a passion to help people to simplify nutrition. I want moms to feel like they have the energy to live life to the fullest. I teach women how to use food as a tool to give them life and energy, not as something they have to limit forever and ever! I love helping women make the changes they feel confident about and are excited to make.

I live in the PNW. I create online courses to serve people all around the world so they can decrease confusion with respect to food and nutrition.

I am a wife and mom of two little sweet and wild kids, so I stay busy! In my free time I am out being active and exploring in nature.
